Transfer Credits
Request transcripts from institution of higher learning
Copies of transcripts or diplomas must be submitted for all colleges and universities that you have attended. Student copies are acceptable for preliminary evaluation. Official transcripts are required, however, and should be ordered as soon as possible.
Request military transcripts
For an official evaluation of your military experience and training for college credit, please request an official transcript. Official transcripts are all that is needed to complete your military evaluation.
Please do not send in any medal certificates, letters of appreciation, or any other awards and certificates.
